Gaia and Evi invite you to a year-long series of individual technique workshops, open to both roles.
Through focused and playful solo and partner exercises, you will develop a deeper understanding of your body and build a technique that is organic and respectful of your own physicality.

We work on control, strength, intention, and fluidity in posture and movement, while also encouraging the development of your personal interpretation and musical sensitivity.
